3. Orders and Payments

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or approval from Oakwood The Boutique.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order suspected of fraud or incomplete information.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Oakwood The Boutique does not store or access full credit card details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Within Bahrain: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • GCC Countries: Delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.
  • International Shipping: We also offer worldwide shipping. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, usually between 7 to 14 business days. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or lack of response, a reattempt may be arranged or the order canceled (minus delivery fees, if applicable).

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Ready-made items: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customized or made-to-order items: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after product inspection.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to a manufacturing defect.

6. User Accounts

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account details and passwords.

  • Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
