4. Shipping and Delivery
- Within Bahrain: Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
- GCC Countries: Delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days.
- International Shipping: We also offer worldwide shipping. Delivery time varies depending on the destination, usually between 7 to 14 business days. Customs fees or import duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or lack of response, a reattempt may be arranged or the order canceled (minus delivery fees, if applicable).
5. Returns and Exchanges

Ready-made items: Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customized or made-to-order items: Non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Refunds (when applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after product inspection.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless due to a manufacturing defect.
